Terms of service.

KINGFISHER ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Kingfisher) is the company providing services. The Customer is anyone who hires Kingfisher for work or materials.

  • These Terms apply as soon as the Customer accepts a quote and books the service.

  • Kingfisher can refuse or cancel work at its discretion.

  • Quotes are given in writing and include labour and materials unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if there are extra works, increased material costs, or errors in the original quote.

  • Payment is due immediately on receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Deposits paid to Kingfisher are non-refundable.

  • Kingfisher will try to complete work on the agreed date, but is not responsible for delays or late arrival.

  • If the Customer cancels after booking, they may have to pay for any costs Kingfisher has already incurred.

  • If the Customer is unhappy with the work, they must notify Kingfisher in writing within 12 months to allow time for fixing issues.

  • Work on old or poor-quality installations may not be guaranteed.

  • Kingfisher is not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside its control.

  • These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be handled in English courts.
