Terms of service.
KINGFISHER ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Kingfisher) is the company providing services. The Customer is anyone who hires Kingfisher for work or materials.
These Terms apply as soon as the Customer accepts a quote and books the service.
Kingfisher can refuse or cancel work at its discretion.
Quotes are given in writing and include labour and materials unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if there are extra works, increased material costs, or errors in the original quote.
Payment is due immediately on receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Deposits paid to Kingfisher are non-refundable.
Kingfisher will try to complete work on the agreed date, but is not responsible for delays or late arrival.
If the Customer cancels after booking, they may have to pay for any costs Kingfisher has already incurred.
If the Customer is unhappy with the work, they must notify Kingfisher in writing within 12 months to allow time for fixing issues.
Work on old or poor-quality installations may not be guaranteed.
Kingfisher is not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside its control.
These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be handled in English courts.
